Thank you for your interest in employment at Baycroft.

Working at Baycroft offers a fantastic insight into the world of SEND.

Baycroft offers a working environment where no two days are ever the same. There is an opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities, and the reward of knowing you helped make that difference. Many of our ex students still talk about how happy they were at Baycroft and how the staff really understood them and their specific needs which has helped them move on to college and into the wider world.

We have a team of around 90 staff who will tell you how everything we do here is child centered and how our amazing students are the best part of the job. They will also tell you how we all all support and look after each other.

When we recruit we do so with the needs of our students in mind, and so we are looking for people who have a range of different life experiences, characteristics and skills.  We want our students to be inspired by you and you by them. You will need to be flexible, optimistic, have a good sense of humour and above all, an ambition for young people with SEND to make progress and be the best they can be. A person specification will always be provided with an application pack when there is a current vacancy.

We advertise on Hampshire County Council’s Education Jobs Page (link below) and we will advise on this page if there is a current vacancy. Unfortunately we are unable to accept CVs in place of a formal application.
